Registration is easy! 1) Print a registration form. 2) Complete the form with participant names and sign the form. 3) FAX form to us at 870-239-2050 OR 4) Mail the form to: GCITC P.O. Box 1565 Paragould, AR 72451 *Non-Members must mail payment with registration form -- no billing allowed.

Participant Minimums: Each class has a set number of registrants needed in order to pay the costs of the instructor and facility overhead. Black River reserves the right to cancel a class if we do not have enough participants registered. Please be sure to provide your email address on your registration form so that we can contact you in case we need to cancel a class. Refunds will be provided in full in case of a cancelled class.

Participant cancellation policy: If you have registered for a class and need to cancel, you must cancel in writing by email or fax or cancel in person. Our refund policy is as follows:

   • If you cancel 14 days or more before first class session date -- full refund.
   • If you cancel 7-13 days before first class session date -- 50% refund.
   • If you cancel closer to start date than 7 days, there is no refund unless there is a special circumstance such as a death in the family or you have a severe illness validated by a doctor.
