Teaches leaders a four phase approach to counseling to enhance the performance of those through whom they accomplish their mission. TWI Job Relations (JR) is a prerequisite to this course. Students learn to take the next steps in the problem solving method taught in JR. The course emphasizes the need for balance when counseling between initial, positive, growth, and professional development. Real world counseling scenarios are utilized in the classroom.
