| Supervisor Academy - Certification in Effective Leadership |
Overview |
Don't miss this bargain -- only $649 for over $9,000 worth of training if you brought these 6 instructors in for this same customized training at your site!
Many supervisors do not come to the job with the leadership competencies and with adequate development that is timely and sufficient in quality that is essential. Both new and seasoned supervisors need more and better development in basic leadership skills, particularly people management skills. They also need frequent feedback and an opportunity to build relationships with other supervisors. Assessment of their leadership strengths and areas for growth is also important, along with the opportunity to pursue training that is tailored to their individual needs. All these factors are items addressed by the Supervisor Academy Certification Program.
Supervisor Academy integrates a number of learning strategies that meet the needs of adult learners with varying learning styles. For example, a key aspect of the program is individualized self-development opportunity. Along with the inclusion of formal classroom training and other types of learning activities, the development of knowledge and skills is accomplished through education, experiences, feedback, and relationship building.
This 64 hour course runs from April through October. |
