| Overview |
If your facility uses chemicals as part of your manufacturing operations, chances are you are subject to the complex reporting requirements defined in Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA.) Even the names associated with these reporting requirements are confusing...Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Toxic Release Inventory (TRI), Form R, Form A, and Tier II’s.
GCITC is pleased to offer a one-day class which will address these complex chemical reporting requirements, and help to clarify the many confusing issues associated with the reports themselves.
