According to the Bureau of Labor statistics, hundreds of workplace deaths and serious violations occur every year in the US due to improper lockout/tagout. In spite of these statistics, lockout/tagout is still perceived by many as an onerous or a burden to their workday. In this seminar, participants will learn what lockout/tagout is and why it is important. They will learn LOTO terminology, causes of accidents, common procedures, and special situations to consider. |
