This class will provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform legal and effective interviews of employment applicants based on Title VII and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The four hour session will include video and lecture as well as hands-on discussion and role play. Students are encouraged to bring a story about an “interview gone bad” with them to class for discussion.
Who Should Attend
This class is designed for those who haven’t had much experience in interviewing as well as those who are experienced but would like to improve their interviewing techniques.
