Emotional Intelligence [EQ] has been demonstrated to be the most important ingredient for a successful leader.
This particular leadership seminar is to help supervisors assess their ability to empathize with employees and understand their needs in order to find ways to work with them better to improve morale and make them more productive.

Dr. Stephen Brock is Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Executive Coaching in the Executive MBA program in the Coles College of Business, Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia.
In addition, he is the founder and President of Human Capital Development, Inc., an organization providing leadership development, assessments, and Executive Coaching services to leaders in both for profit and non-profit businesses for the past 27 years.
His client list includes BMW, General Motors, Michelin, Fluor-Daniel, Colonial Pipeline, McKechnie Plastic Components, EMITEC, L. A. Darling Company,and Wellstar Cardiovascular Medicine.
Dr. Brockis a nationally recognized speaker who has made presentations at many conferences. These include the International Personnel Management Association, the Association of Psychological Type, the Albert Trieschman Center, the Academy of Management, the Association for Business Communication, and the Hermann International Learning Center.
An organizational psychologist, he holds his doctorate degree from McCormick Theological Seminary in family systems theory applied to organizational behavior. A Registered Corporate Coach, he is also an independently licensed therapist who brings a unique sense of understanding, experience, and insight to personal and professional coaching. He has taught on the faculties of Miami University [Ohio], Earlham College, Edison State Community College, and Webster University in the United States. In addition he teaches on the faculty of the Executive MBA program at ASEBUSS, a graduate business school in Romania.
