GCITC Consortium Grant Classes 2007

Thanks to an IWTP grant received from the state of Arkansas, GCITC is pleased to offer the following FREE courses to our consortium members. Learn how to become a member.

In order to participate in these classes, the following requirements must be met:

  • participant must be employed and be attending the class per his/her employer's request
  • participant must be paid his/her regular hourly wage by employer for time spent in class
  • participant must provide documentation of hourly wage
  • participant must show up for class or send a substitute or there WILL be a fee for the class

Participants will understand & apply key LEAN principles & practices in their office processes in order to retain business and potentially improve efficiency. During the classroom training, participants will learn to identify the waste elimination opportunities in their workplace. They will also learn the steps of formulating an improvement plan.
